What society has created; is that we’re loud and opinionated,
Superficial, rebellious, offensive and hated.
Impertinent, deafening, hasty crooks,
Never looked upon, a library of books.
We specialise in ignorance, letdown and naivety,
Not a speck of intellectual spark, nor a spot of creativity.
We hate to love whilst we love to despise,
This is who we are, no compromise.
Violating the convention, is our intention,
And hey, did I mention that there’s no prevention?
We’re a lost cause, a catastrophe,
We know nothing of the worlds past, its precedent, its history.
The future of us now,
Will soon come roaring down;
Say goodbye to harmony, accord and your peace filled town,
And hello to discourage, violence, letdown.
We drink, we smoke, we drive too fast,
We’ll participate in anything, if it’s a blast.
We wont go to college, we’ll most likely drop out,
Move into this world which we know nothing about.
We won’t want to travel, see all of this earth,
We won’t have the time, plus money’s a dearth.
Knowledge is scarce, as is modesty,
Selling our bodies is now core priority.
The way we dress says a thousand words,
And we know that you hate it, you think it’s absurd.
We have never known failure, loss or despair,
And this is the way we’ll stay, so of us, be aware.
