A Crocodile Who Owns Some Land

There is a crocodile who owns some land but people think it is just sand but they know the sand was a man. When the Sandman came up he met a man named Dan. He pulled him down and shakes his hand and said “Hi my name is Sandman but you can call me Ted.”
“My boss is Mr Crocodile, he's the one who owns this land but if you take any sand he'll hunt you down like a rat.”
