As I lay upon the beach,
The seagulls all began to screech,
I sat up to look and to my dread,
A beach ball hit me on the head.
Then suddenly to my surprise,
The sand blew up into my eyes,
It did not stop it kept on coming,
From my eyes the tears where running.
I was covered from head to toe,
And here is something you should know,
All the sunscreen I had not rubbed in,
Had stuck the sand onto my skin.
As I struggled up of the sand,
I could have used a helping hand’
And when I staggered towards the shower,
I knew my day had all gone sour.
