Hello Mother from the physical
Tell me, how does your wooden bed feel?
You've been asleep so long
I fear that I might be moving on
So i wrote this song
To remind me of what you've done
To give me recall of devoted love
On which my life was grounded
Recall of a mother's wisdom
On which my life's now founded
Recall of enveloping hugs
Which healed, all that was wounded
Whenever life takes over
Or thoughts fill up my mind
I will read over your life's work
And I feel that I owe it you
Forever to recall.
