Tears for rain

Hot and Dusty,
wilted and Dry,
Sunset after Sunset
running out of time.

Tired is the Farmer,
five long years of drought,
a wife and four young children that all must do without.

River beds drying up,
city dams running low,
purified water is the only way to go.

No rainpredicted for years,
this is the future to come,
global warming takes it's toll,
on you everyone.
