I’m falling forever

Drowning in my tears of poisonous memories



I’m falling forever

Smothered by the truth of a history long gone



I’m falling forever

Because your presence still lingers in the air



I’m falling forever

Hoping soon to see the light once more



I’m falling forever

My lungs are freezing, covered in ice



I’m falling forever

Into an endless pit of darkness



I’m falling forever

And all because of the scars you’ve left me



I’m falling forever

In a flood of excruciating pain



Falling Further

Into the bottomless pit

Down

Down

There is no end

To this painful journey

No end

To what you’ve done



You’ve changed I know

But the memories remain

Haunting me

Making my life hell

Screaming in my ear

You walked away

Away from me

Changing me
