On The Plane!

I saw a plane just the other day,
I watched it swoop and I watched it sway.
I watched it glide down and hover up high,
Up in the big, blue, cloudy sky.
I felt Mums hand drop on my shoulder,
I spun around and then I told her,
“Mum, Mum look up in the sky,
I’d like to go on a plane I’d like to try.”
Mum turned around and she spoke too,
“That’s exactly what we’re going to do!”
I sprinted back home to pack my suitcase,
You could tell I was glad by the look on my face.

When I went outside the plane was loud,
Although when I climbed the stairs I felt very proud.
I sat on board it was so exiting,
But as it started driving it was quite frightening.
We started to take off and we started to fly,
In no time at all we were up in the sky.
Time passed quickly by,
Soon we were out of the sky.
We roughly landed with a big bump,
I hopped off the plane with quite a big jump.
I waited for Mum to come out behind me,
She came out and said “you’ll never guess who I see!”

I ran into the air-station,
But I had to be patient.
I was surrounded by a giant crowd,
I couldn’t get through because they were all around.
I saw my Grandparents through the big band,
I ran up and hugged them and held their hand.
