Ode to cosmo

Lying on the green grass,
Eating a chewy bone,
This is what I do,
This is my home.

I see a fly,
And I jump about,
Because I’m crazy,
I’ve been shoved out.

Running about is so much fun,
Jumping and skipping and prancing around,
I’m very small that I weigh one gram,
Or have I miss counted that I weigh one pound.

It’s the end of a long day,
I’m all tired now,
Yes I’m a dog,
And no not a cow!
