Wanting Him Back

I remember we use to laugh & smile
He was the best thing that has happened to me in a while
Since we both broke up
i faked a smile whenever he said “whats up?”
I know I will never get him back
Because I know i made his heart crack.
I havnt moved on. Yet, he did.
When I left him I felt like a childish kid.
I wish I could go back in time.
Since when was changing the past a crime ?
All I ever really want is to have him again
I remember we kissed in the rain.
And on the oval we laid underneath the stars
For what I did to him I deserve to be behind bars
We did acting classes together
He is an actor I will remember
I’m not perfect or exact.
But I know our love wasn’t an act.
I wanna scream out loud
So I know what its like to be proud
I wanna yell I love you baby
But I don’t even think you’ll say maybe.
If I could tell him one thing
Id say he was my everything
i wanna scream "i love you baby!"
but i dont think you'll even say maybe.
I want him to know something
for him, ill do anything.
