You are the lamp in the midst of my darkness
That illuminates my fabled path
Its radiance glows for all to see
Causing those far to draw near
You are the notes completing my symphony
How sweet the subtle sound
It rings within these threatening barricades
Bringing comfort to my aching soul
You are the love I have always known
I live for you and for you alone
Whilst others only believe what they can see
For sure, I know, that you are all too real
Your very existence dwells within
And my spirit will always follow your trail
