Memory

Do we fade like childhood memories?
Or do we never leave?
Do we linger in a mind?
Or somewhere up a sleeve?
When we leave this earth, and head towards the sky,
Do we remain in memory or do we fade and die?
Life can be so short and quick, and be lost just like a dime.
Though the memories we make in life will last as long as time.
