An Egg For Breakfast

I have an egg for breakfast, lunch and tea,
because it's good for me.
For breakfast, I have it fried,
So I can get ready for my morning ride.
For lunch, I have it in some bread,
so I can rest my head.
For tea, I have it in its shell,
so I can sleep well.
But, only on the weekends,
I have my eggs with all my friends.
