Flash through water quicker than light
Escape, ESCAPE!
Just behind you
too close, far too close
above, behind and both sides
death.
Duck and weave
merge and part
we flash silver in this watery beyond
birds and sharks unite against us.
We hope to live another day
the chances grim.
White teeth, black beaks
duck, weave
merge and part
the dance continues.
