Oh No
“Oh no!” Yelled Jack. Jack had just kicked the footy into the neighbor’s patch of flowers.
“What will I do?” Jack thought.
“I’ll climb over the fence”, he thought again. Jack climbed the old prickly fence and jumped down with a thud. He ran to retrieve his ball. As he picked it up he saw the flowers and they were squashed. Jack chucked the red footy ball back over the fence and went mend the flowers. First he tried to stick them back together. It was no use. Jack was stressed. He saw a light turn on in the house. Jack felt more stressed than before. He quickly tried to replant the colourful
flowers but that didn’t work either.
Jack saw a shadowy figure coming out from the door. It was the man that owned the house and he said.
“What are you doing in my yard?”
“I was” Jack tried to interrupt
“What you squashed my weeds”, said the man.
“Weeds”, said Jack “so there no flowers.”
“Of course not”, said the man “I’m glad you got rid of them.” Jack said good by to the man and climbed back over the fence relived.
Don’t worry too much when something bad happens.”
