Escaping into the woods,
Like a valiant yet disquieted stead,
An emissary fullof goods,

With a mysterious black hood,
He hides himself as he leads,
Escaping into the woods,

Holding tight to his valuables as much as he could,
With only passion as his seed,
An emissary full of goods,

Nobody knowing, no one should,
Only an individual with a history of beads,
Escaping into the woods,

Leaving his saintly carrier he stood,
He gave his gifts for his needs,
An emissary full of goods,

With all his love he handed the traveler a crucifix,
Painted gold, attached with reeds,
Escaping into the woods,
