A Piece Lileptorontea Chapter 4 : Overthrowing An Emperor (PART III)

Leon's Palace, Roof...
As Arc, Fajita and Oxford lay defeated by Leon's hands, the roof began to tremor. The pillars that connected the roof to the ground of the palace were crumbling. If the ninth floor fell, then the roof would fall too, therefore finishing the destruction of Leon's Palace. Leon roared in fury before transforming into his dragon form. "I shall not allow my kingdom to fall!" he bellowed before whisking high into the air. Moments later, clouds of vivid fire appeared. The fire clouds went into the Palace and lifted the roof from below, carrying it out of the Palace and into the air. Marco watched in horror as the roof was taken off, carried away by clouds of fire. "This must be Leon's doing! I must get to the roof and assist Arc!" he cried as he transformed into a phoenix and flew towards the flying roof. Seconds later, the ninth floor succumbed.
World Government HQ...
"Double the taxes on Onigirishima!" ordered Kong, the Commander-In-Chief and Ruler of the World Government. "Yes, sir!" obeyed the scribes. Kong smirked, his yellow teeth glistening. "The world knows nothing of this Government's corruption! If word is to get out, we will have a massive riot! Make sure the Revolutionary Army don't show their faces again!" he barked at his scribe. "Sir, they have last been sighted on Baltimore Island, they won't there come close!" the scribe replied. Suddenly, the door opened to the room. "Sir! Impending visitors! There's three of 'em and I can feel their power!" reported the scribe who had entered. Kong froze. "Three? S-send them in!" he shuddered. The scribe examined Kong carefully, "What is wrong, m'lord?" Kong avoided eye contact. In truth, earlier that day, Kong had been notified that the Three Elders - Skye, Harbor and Fade was going to visit him. Almost none of the world knew about the Elders but Kong knew that there was going to be trouble. "Sending them in, Sir!" reported the scribe. Then, three large figures stumbled into the room.
"It's not about safety, we're not going to be harmed!" mused one of the figures.
"But the Kingdom! And if they free the Yazuka Family-" protested another.
"Quiet! We'll worry about that later! We're here!" shouted the last figure.
The other two figures stopped in their tracks. They looked at the two scribes that were listening intently. "Deal with them, Fade!" ordered one of the figures. In an instant, there was a bang and the two scribes were blasted out of the room, creating a hole in the room. The three figures turned their attention on Kong. Kong gulped. The first figure spoke up. "We are the Elders and we came to talk to you! My name is Skye-" "My name's Harbor-" "And mine's Fade!" Kong bowed his head. "I-it is a pl-pleasure to see you three! M-my name's Kong and I'm the Commander-In-Chief of the W-World Government!" replied Kong who was shaking in fear. Skye, Harbor and Fade sat down. "Kong, I think you know why we are here," began Skye. "I do not!" objected a bewildered Kong. "Well, then let me explain," hissed Skye, unkindly, "I believe that as you are the Commander-In-Chief, you are in charge of the Marines! But you have not been doing a good job of using them! Firstly, you did not call them to Caratie Prison to help Orochi fight those freed prisoners! Secondly, you sent not even a platoon of Marines to Sentomauru to fight the Worst Generation who had gathered there! Thirdly, your Marines were of no help to battle the so-called 'Silver Knight Alliance' at Saturn Island. Lastly, your Marines are losing at Lileptorontea very badly right now and we have just heard that-" But Skye was interrupted. "N-no... the Marines are under Fleet Admiral Geppoux's responsibility!" protested a frightened Kong. "And we have just heard that Geppoux has been slain in Lileptorontea," finished Skye. Kong froze. "Surely... I w-wouldn't get punished?" he asked weakly. Harbor roared in laughter. Kong gave a squeak of fear. "Punished? No, of course not!" said Harbor. Kong breathed a long sigh of relief. "But you will be killed," whispered Fade ominously. Kong yelled as he made a break for it. But it was no use. He fell to the floor, perished. Fade grabbed him and threw him out the hole in the wall. "Now that git's out of the way, we must speak of VERY important matters!" declared Skye.
Leon's flying Palace Roof...
Arc got up, dizzy. "Woah, we're flying!" he spoke. Leon the dragon swiveled to face Arc. Arc instantly infused his blade with Aura and swung with all his might. Leon dodged his attack. "Crude!" he booed at Arc. Arc focussed hard onto his sword and once again infused it with Aura. "Divine Departure!" The slash struck Leon but no visible damage was done. Arc stood agape at the triumphant dragon. "Listen, boy! There is more than one form of Aura. Your form is weak and not powerful enough. Allow me to demonstrate one of the Advanced forms of Aura - Flow Aura!" the dragon bellowed. Arc watched in horror as Leon untransformed from his dragon form and turned back into a human. But something wasn't wrong. "Hey, you've still got dragon scales!" he noticed. Leon smirked. "Yes, this is my Dragon Hybrid form!" he sneered, "and now I'm going to kill you with Flow Aura!" Leon raised his scaly arm up and suddenly it burst into colours of fluorescent green, blue and red. All the colours seemed to leap in the air before conjoining back into Leon's arm, now just one colour - dark, bloody red. Leon held his sword and the Flow Aura rushed into it. "Conquest of the Paramount Nation!" roared Leon. The blow was so powerful that part of the roof was sliced off. Fluorescent shades of green, blue and red flooded the roof and green, blue and red flames appeared. Arc shrieked. He had been lucky that the attack had missed. He glanced back. With a wrench of pain, he noticed Fajita and Oxford, still unconscious. Then he noticed Marco, transformed into a phoenix, flying towards the roof. "MARCO! PLEASE! HELP FAJITA AND OXFORD OFF THE ROOF!" he yelled. Marco hastened to obey and carried away Fajita and Oxford. Leon ran towards Arc. "Thunder Trigram Bagua!" he roared. The Flow Aura combined with the attack knocked Arc backwards and he desperately clung on. Arc had analysed the previous two attacks and thought he figured out how to use Flow Aura. "I think I get the gist!" he cried out. Leon looked on with anticipation as Arc put all his might, focus and willpower together. And with a burst of green, blue and red light, Flow Aura covered Arc's fist and sword. "So you can do it too! How about a clash of Flow Aura?" roared Leon. "You bet!" challenged Arc and the two dashed at each other, creating streaks of green, blue and red. The two blades met and massive lightning of various colours clashed against each other, creating the best fireworks show ever. "But do you know what Flow Aura does?" panted Leon, "it strikes internally... at your insides!" Leon raised his sword and slashed. Blinding pain struck Arc, it felt like his insides were on fire. Then, suddenly, Arc realised something. He had not ever been able to injure Leon yet - because of his Dragon fruit's powers : the ability to make scales that were nigh-impenetrable! But if he could just attack from the inside... it was worth a try! Arc gathered all his might and slashed with Flow Aura, knocking Leon back. Leon writhed in pain. Arc, sweating, grinned. This was his first successful attack on Leon.
World Government HQ...
"We mustn't be overheard!" hissed Skye. Harbor and Fade nodded.
"Let us discuss... the Testament Bloodline... the treasure that the Pirate King left behind... the battle on Lileptorontea... and most importantly, what is to happen if King Egghead's old blade is to Awaken!" cried Skye.
