It's the end. We have officially shut down A Piece. Why? Very good question.
Write4Fun has stopped allowing more publications so we cannot provide more additions to our wonderfully woven story. We are sorry to announce that we couldn't finish it in time - and things were getting real good too. A Piece : Tales from the Past was just coming along. We were going to get to the good stuff in the Hakai Arc. We would've witnessed Arc take down another Emperor, advance to Grand Country, reunite the Eight Trigram Samurai, and defeat Marvel. We would've seen Arc then take down Misery for good, advance to Megapunk and defeat an evil cyborg lord, and seen Arc arrive at an unplotted location known as 'Elder Kingdom'. We would've seen Arc work together with Law, Cypher, Oxford as well as Nayon and 'The Umbra' to defeat Sova and the Three Elders. We would've seen the great creation of the strongest alliance in the world - the Silver Knight-Revolutionary-Yazuka-Samurai Alliance - and seen it work together to finally defeat the Marines and the World Government. We would've seen Arc become the Pirate King. But no. Write4Fun messed everything we had scheduled and we have the deepest regrets that we cannot continue writing.

Hakai, the New World...
Two figures stumbled across each other. Upon seeing each other, both burst into gasps of recognition. "Ma ha ha ha! So you came! So you came!" laughed the taller figure. The other figure smiled. "I never thought I'd see you again. After you called me so we could put our plan in action, your end buzzed out," replied the shorter one. "Ah... I didn't anticipate a Fleet Admiral and an Emperor of the Sea together on that island," answered the taller one. "But you are an Emperor of the Sea now! Alright, let's put our plan in action!" remarked the shorter one before they both set off towards a huge castle in the distance.
In a tall tower, 800 Years Ago, in what is also known as the 'Void Century'...
Skye panted in exasperation as he lay kneeling at a long, empty throne. Suddenly, there was a bang and a flash of light and an extremely tall man had appeared, sitting on the throne. Skye continued to pant, as if a man appearing out of nowhere was normal to him. The tall man was the first to speak. "So, Skye, how is the war going?" he asked. Skye wrung his hands in desperation. "N-Not well at all, Lord Sova! The Great Kingdom is far, far, far more advanced than we could have ever believed," Skye replied. The tall man, Sova, growled in anger. "What? But you have entire armies at your disposal! And what about Fade and Harbor? They are immortal! You are too! How can you be losing to a Kingdom that we have spent centuries researching and studying so we could finally face off against them?!" he roared at Skye. Skye frowned. "But, Lord Sova, you know what they have. Why else did you spend centuries in preparation? This Testament Bloodline... all the people of the Great Kingdom have it. And you know about the legendary sword - Ace. It is currently in the hands of Sakura! And he is with the Great Kingdom!" Skye complained. "Hmm... if you three immortal men cannot deal with one man wielding a golden sword, then maybe I have underestimated that Kingdom. I shall seek that Sakura out myself and slaughter him! Then, the Great Kingdom will be mine! You, Harbor and Fade just deal with Pangea and we will win! Got it, Skye?" explained Sova as he got up, towering over Skye, before disappearing.
One week later from the previous scene...
Sova, having immense power, had quickly demolished the Great Kingdom and disposed of Sakura himself. 'Ace', the legendary sword, however, disappeared immediately upon Sakura's death. Sova was convinced that the sword had disappeared for good but he knew nothing of what was to come in about 700 years. On another note, the three Elders : Skye, Harbor and Fade, had succeeding in destroying the nation known as 'Pangea'. Now, finally, Sova could rule the world.
20 Years Ago, New World...
"Well, Marvel, we defeated those Misery and Omen! The Astral Pirates are no more! Now... let's split the territories that were ruled by the Astral Pirates. Do you want Megapunk or Hakai?" Sabre asked Marvel. Marvel grunted. "I have no interest in any of those territories. You may have both if you want. I will invade Grand Country and it will be mine before the year's end," replied Marvel coldly. Sabre looked taken aback for one second before replying, "Alright. I will take both but I will largely live in Hakai. You will be in Grand Country? You'll have to fight off the samurai... just like I have to fight off the Yazuka in Hakai..." he said. Marvel nodded before saying, "True. But I will employ the Oni Empire to help me. I will dispatch some of the Empire to help you fight the Yazuka. Goodbye, Sabre. You are allowed to visit Grand Country when I conquer it," he said as he walked off into the distance.
