What to do
I’m so confused
Do I jump or duck
Here she comes oh *@#%!!
My heart I racing
My head is pounding
Got a split second
To make the right decision
Once you choose your committed
Hopefully to the right decision
Do I go left or do I go right
Gotta be quick before the balls in flight
The games in my hands gotta have no doubt
The pressure is huge in a penalty shoot out
Number 6 has stepped up
C’mon this is for the cup
Stuff racing though my mind
Just stop it and it’ll be fine
Her boot has connected
My feet are no longer grounded
I predicted to leap right
The ball is now in mid flight
Done this a million times before
I can do this for sure
Its within a meter of my net
But this is not over yet
Arms stretched and hands are waiting
All I can hear is my heart pounding
Close my eyes for a second
Hoping I’ve made the right decision
I feel the ball hit me
But is it in the net I cannot see
My heart is pumping fast
I’m now lying on the grass
The ball went over
That’s it we win its over
The hardest decision I’ve made so far
Is the best I’ve made by far
