Let The World Fall Down
Let the world fall down in my glory,
Let it be crushed and destroyed by my might,
Let the trees shrivel up in my intensity,
Let them burn in my ever growing light.
May the lakes dry up in my anger,
May the rivers cease to exist,
May the oceans turn black in my fury,
May the streams evaporate into mist.
Let the world that I alone created,
Be hit by a meteor storm,
Let the land shrink back from the water,
Let the earth take a hideous form.
May the people be smighted in my anger,
May their buildings be crushed to the ground,
May the earth spilt and shallow them,
Sending them back to the soil where they were found.
For the pain that they have caused me,
For the pollution they’ve let into the air,
For the damage they’ve done to my creations,
For the little they seemed to care.
I will wash them away with the waters,
That they so stupidly misused,
I will crush them with the mountains,
That they carelessly abused.
In my fury I will wipe out everything,
So that nothing will remain,
And there with a tear in my eye,
I will have to start again.
