The end of the world is nigh, and the smell of fear quite intense.

Water has turned an angry red and the once-sandy cliffs now an evil shade of blue.

Cities are collapsing like dominos and country farms absorbed into the ground.

People try to escape the horror by living underground, by living in aeroplanes, even living in the sea.

But nothing will save them. Nothing in a blue moon will help them.

As I watch the horror unfold in front of my one and only eye, I know that my job is done.
To show these ignorant, stuck-up rotten people that they shouldn’t take the world for granted.
But maybe I went too far this time, for all the other lessons I have tried to teach them never worked.

The technology I left them a million years ago, to help them survive all the problems of the past, was used in the wrong way.
They all killed great masses of people in things called wars. Then there are the weapons-bombs, guns, missiles and nuclear weapons- they all used them. I helped them from time to time, even killing innocent people to fill small demands but I’m sick of this being treated like crap. Well no more, BECAUSE TODAY IS PAYDAY FOR YOUR STUPID BEHAVIOUR!!!!!

The alien looked around what was called Earth to observe the wrath his fury had released.
All the people were dead; ripped to shreds, burnt to a crisp, body parts missing. And the animals were just as bad. The sight was unbearable, rank and disturbing even to the alien.
As the alien turned to his spaceship he thought to himself about the other planets that had suffered the same fate. There weren’t as bad as Earth. He shuddered when he thought of the other planets that were doing the same thing. He prayed to himself every night that no one would be as bad as Earth. The people of Earth had learnt a lesson even though they had all died-Don’t take things for granted or use them in the wrong way, or you’ll pay the price.
