One More Time...
Read what her tears say,
As they roll down her face.
Look into her heart break,
As she smiles a smile that’s fake.
Feel the pain she feels inside,
As she begs you not to leave.
Try to understand,
Without you she can’t breathe.
Hold her tight just one more time,
As she cries into your arms.
Take her by the hand again,
As she holds you tight in grasp.
Love her with all you have,
Please never let her go,
And hold each other tight,
As you let the tears flow.
She smile’s all the time,
But there’s noting real in it.
Underneath her laugh, is pain.
That she can’t seem to lift.
I know that if she could go back,
Back to you and her,
She would take any chance she’d get.
To stop that feeling hurt.
The love she lost when you let go,
Left her damage deep inside.
And I can see how hard she tries.
To be who she is inside….
The lies and pain that she goes through.
Is hard, so I can see.
I know she wishes you were there,
To hug her again tightly.
She knows what pain is
She feels is all the time.
I know that she wants to hide.
What’s really on her mind.
She hides it quite well you see,
The pain the hurt and tears,
But no matter what, I can see her fears.
There are times when she is happy,
When her smile turns real,
But then she thinks of you,
And suddenly she’ll feel.
Feel the pain of loosing you
Like it was only yesterday.
Like everything that she has done,
Has gone just down a drain.
I know she still misses you,
Even though she seems ok.
But I know that she will turn around,
And loose herself some day….
