before you take a step forward.
reflect on what has been,
life brings you to a halt.
in out and between.

once screaming
now smiling
once happy
but then crying.

before you go through
lifes worst dont judge me for what i am.
you just drown, you can breath
trapped like with in a rubber band.

before you know. dont judge coz how would you feel.
if one day, your crying, dying, you've forgot how to deel.

you sit shaking, heart beating fast.
how would you feel if you felt
the day your in, is your last.

you dont know, you never will. only thing keeping you alive,
is the days your up the hill.
but you come back down. you fall. you crash, you die/
you can make it stop. your trapped you can only cry.

dont judge them. they cant control what they are.
cant control the feelings cant get out of the dark
